Saturday night in the DMV, President and First Lady BARACK and MICHELLE OBAMA were spotted turning at the JAY-Z & BEYONCE': ON THE RUN II TOUR  concert that went down at FedEx FIELD in LANDOVER, MD!!!

According to reports, at first not many folks seemed to notice. However; once the first family were really spotted, the phones came out and it was all eyes on POTUS AND FLOTUS #44.
